Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy 1.1. Confirmation of Bookings All appointments must be scheduled via the official CWS Limited online booking system or confirmed in writing through authorised correspondence channels. A booking shall be regarded as confirmed only upon receipt of full payment for the selected service. This confirmation enables CWS Limited to initiate preparatory work, including opening the client case file and conducting a preliminary evidence review. 1.2. Payment Terms All fees are payable in advance through approved and secure payment methods, including Wix Payments, PayPal Business, or direct bank transfer. Payment constitutes an agreement to engage the professional services of CWS Limited and confirms acceptance of all terms set forth in these policies. 1.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients may reschedule an appointment once, provided that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be accepted, and the full service fee shall remain payable. In the event that CWS Limited must reschedule due to unforeseen professional obligations, including tribunal attendance or illness, clients will be notified promptly and offered the next available alternative appointment. 1.4. No-Refund Policy CWS Limited enforces a strict no-refund policy. By proceeding with a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees that: • Payment is rendered in consideration of the specialist time, professional expertise, and case preparation undertaken by CWS Limited, and not for the achievement of any particular outcome. • Significant time and professional judgment are invested from the moment a booking is confirmed, including file creation, evidence review, and preliminary drafting of documentation. • Accordingly, once preparatory work has commenced, refunds cannot and will not be issued, as services are deemed to have been provided in part or in full. • This policy is consistent with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exclude refunds for personalised or bespoke professional services. Should a client have concerns regarding any aspect of service delivery, CWS Limited encourages communication to seek resolution; however, monetary reimbursement shall not be available.
